24.01.2022 You have hidden beliefs running your reality. You also have beliefs you are aware of. One thing that you can do right now to activate change in any area of your life is to really see what is happening in your reality.... This means not being in blame, anger, resentment or victim. It means taking a step back and really looking at your reality from the eyes of a witness, and asking yourself: What do I like here? What dont I like here? What brings me a good feeling? What does not? Why is that thing or person triggering me? What can I shift within me to cease the trigger? You can be the courageous one today by truly asking this of yourself and taking the first steps to change. Believe me when I say that not everyone does or ever will. Be brave. Take the first steps. By confronting your reality head on without emotional reactivity, you will uncover the beliefs running your life right now. Then...you know what you need to shift. 02.01.2022 Over the weekend, beautiful Judy from LoveLight Crystal Temple shared something really great that has stuck with me. In the film The Life Of Brian, there is a scene in a dungeon. A man that has been hanging on the wall for 5 years, upside down for most of it. Another criminal comes in to the dungeon complaining about being spat on and mistreated. The one hanging on the wall keeps saying- you lucky bastard! What I would give to be spat on! I have been dreaming about it for 5 y...ears! Its a great lesson to remember as you move throughout your life. What you think is bad luck or wrong doing, or whatever you feel is not working for you...there may be someone else that wishes they had that problem. This doesn't negate the problem by any means but it can help you step out of the story that is holding you in the problem. FREEDOM comes when you can see everything that happens in your life as a blessing and the next step. Everything is always working out in your favour. Have a great day!
