22.01.2022 What a year 2019 has been. I have had the privilege of marrying amazing couples meeting you all and being part of your special day was just so wonderful. I have also been able to assist many families to say a meaningful and loving farewell to their loved ones. How blessed I am to do what I do thank you to all of my couples who have chosen me and to all of those beautiful families who have shared their precious stories of their loved ones entrusting me to tell the stories. Thank you

21.01.2022 Today’s wedding went with plan C because of the rain but I think it was still the perfect venue. The event manager and owner Molly was wonderful. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Congratulations Linda & Paddy!

15.01.2022 Roses represented those that couldn’t be with us in person yesterday due to the recent restrictions. Sad to see a chapel empty that should have been filled with family and friends. Grateful to still be able to have a service for his family. We still farewelled him with meaning and love

08.01.2022 These two lovelies finally married yesterday after a few date changes. It was so lovely to see how emotional they became as they exchanged vows. They married in their garden surrounded by their families. We added a ring warming ceremony to include everyone there and all went beautifully. Congratulations Bruce & Robyn! May you have a wonderful life filled with magic moments

07.01.2022 Yesterday 12/12/2020 a gorgeous man from Argentina married a beautiful woman from Australia! On a beautiful sunny morning on a roof top in St Kilda. With family in Argentina watching via Zoom these two lovebirds tied the knot with a hand fasting ceremony. Their guests blessed their rings during the ceremony with a ring warming and readings read by their bridal party were by the Corinthians from the bible and a Buddhist marriage blessing. Their personal vows were beautiful and heartwarming. Here’s To Emma & Sebastian wishing them every happiness!

07.01.2022 What a wonderful day for a wedding in the Royal Botanic Gardens yesterday! Weather perfect for Vanessa & Barry steeped in Scottish traditions. They tied the knot and drank from a beautiful Quaich especially engraved for the occasion. The true love story told of an Italian falling in love with a Scot. May you live happily ever after congratulations to you both it was truly a joy to be your Celebrant.

05.01.2022 So Monday was a sad day as I performed a funeral service for PS. I had only married P & C just a few months prior. We knew then that the day would come when my role may change from Marriage Celebrant to Funeral Celebrant but we had all hoped for longer with him. He had been a wonderful teacher Until his retirement and an a artist too. He was a lovely caring man who loved his wife dearly and his Wedding day was one of the happiest days of his life. RIP sweet man you will be missed.

05.01.2022 A beautiful poem from her lifelong friend for a dear lady who I had the privilege of presenting her ceremony last week. 90 years young and a great loss to her family.

05.01.2022 When we lose someone memories then become treasure

04.01.2022 Today’s setting for the wedding was the grooms family property. It was transformed into a wonderland truly amazing. I love my work!

04.01.2022 Funerals during these difficult times have been a little sadder because of the restrictions. However, everyone who has lived has their story and it still deserves to be told. Every single person has their place in history and each and every one has influenced others in some way. We still have the opportunity to say goodbye in a loving and meaningful way. So wether you are those amongst the ten who are there in person or watching via the magic of technology, we can still hon...our & celebrate a loved ones life. I for one will be so glad when we can return to funerals the way they were. When families and friends alike can comfort each other in their shared grief with a hug or a handshake. I’m also glad we are staying safe, and not having so many dying that we don’t have time to honour them or say goodbye. Sending love and sympathy to all those that have lost a loved one. See more

04.01.2022 A busy weekend! On Saturday a beautiful couple renewed their vows before their children. At the Toorongo River Chalets. We included the children with a sand ceremony. Such a beautiful family. #renewalofvows #sandceremony #family

04.01.2022 Special memories are often shared through music as we say our farewell to our loved ones. Always stirring our emotions but so very important

03.01.2022 A day to celebrate what we do. We are there to make your wedding day memorable for all the right reasons. We also there on your saddest day to help you farewell a loved one. We truly are privileged to do what we do. We hope you can appreciate it too.
