Today's is at Baldivis Farm Stay/Country Charm Weddings and I finally get to work alongside Julie Chesson- A Love Story-Authorised Marriage Celebrant. 20.01.2022 My daughter Jaz & Eoin The one silver lining to COVID-19 as life slowed down and self isolating became necessary was that I was able to pin the kids and their wonderful partners down for some portraits (using the 105mm longer portrait lens). I consider that a win for me (and their Nan - photos in time for mothers day gifts).

19.01.2022 Congratulations to Samantha & Jacob who said 'I do' yesterday in a very intimate and beautiful ceremony in the Japanese Gardens at the Perth Zoo officiated by the lovely Shell from Meant For You - Marriage Celebrant Their vows were just so incredibly heartfelt and sweet. After the formalities were over we made our way around the zoo on the golf carts for some bridal party photos with stops at the Carousel, Rainforest and even a feeding of the Giraffe! Wishing Samantha & Jacob every happiness, thanks for having me along for the ride....I enjoyed every minute! And thanks to the lovely mums, bridal party and venue staff, Joan & Mary who were all so wonderful & helpful. More peeks to follow....tag away!

19.01.2022 A few more peeks from Jen & Stephen's gorgeous Engagement Session in Freo. This spot is always a favourite location but even more so with the windy conditions yesterday. Engagement sessions are easier than you think and are a great warm up to your wedding day!

Baldivis Farm Stay was the perfect setting for these two lovebirds to say I-do in front of their family & friends. After congratulations & family photos we wandered the grounds capturing so...me gorgeous memories before the bridal party entered the reception in the barn, where there were some fab moves happening on the dance floor during the night. The newlyweds were married by the lovely celebrant, Julie Chesson...their vows were beautiful and filled with love & alot of laughs - "They travelled the world and went on lots of adventures together and ate food that filled their belly and warmed their hearts". After getting hitched we wandered the grounds of Baldivis Farm Stay with the Brida...l Party to capture some photos and memories before making their entrance into their reception. 08.01.2022 Having some time at the moment to look back through galleries and archives and I can honestly say that I adore my job. I have so many fond memories of each & every couple and wedding I capture. At my core I am a storyteller and there are so many storytelling elements to a wedding day...the nervous anticipation in the getting ready's, the moment the couple see each other at the end of the aisle, happy tears from parents & grandparents, massive hugs of congratulations and of course the popping of champagne corks, laughter, first dances & wonderful speeches. It really is amazing to watch and document the unfolding of a wedding day and I love it.

Looking a little fancier here than usual as something personally super exciting happened in mid November......my gorgeous daughter Jasmyn married the love of her life, Eoin. Which means I got to be the mother of the bride It was such a beautiful day from start to finish and we haven't stopped smiling since!
