22.01.2022 Its a new dawn! Classes will start back at the Triskele Tree home studio for term 3 on the 13th of July. Classes will be smaller to adhere to social distancing measures but I will put on an extra class if there is high demand. Will post the booking link as soon as it's up and running. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat!

18.01.2022 Taking a different path now with our new restrictions. A little bit sad but incredibly grateful to be safe at home. Classes will resume once we have the all clear again to do so. In the meantime, stay safe.

17.01.2022 Looking up!! With current restrictions and space requirements, classes are unable to take place in the Triskele Tree home studio at the moment, but fingers crossed 2021 will see us finally having regular evening classes taking place again. In the mean time, if anyone would like to join me for an occasional outdoor yoga session on a weekend morning please pm me.

15.01.2022 Another lovely rainy morning doing yoga on the deck...thank you to all who attended. Even puppy wanted a turn after you left! Classes run Sundays at 9am. Let me know if you fancy joining us!

07.01.2022 Cleared the deck today for a little rainy-day gentle yoga class with the rain pattering on the roof...a teensy bit wet around the edges! If anyone is interested in a Sunday morning class over the next couple of weeks send me a PM. Spaces are very limited!
