18.01.2022 Cancellation Policy: I understand that sometimes things come up in life that change plans, but appointment times are limited and require planning to fill. Please give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking so as to avoid a 50% fee 24 hours prior and 100% of the fee if cancellation is on the day.

17.01.2022 To all my wonderful clients, I am looking at streamlining the business side of things from my end to free up mental space to better let me help you and your horses during 2021. As a step to toward this I am trialling a new application (Equibody App). Current capabilities will allow me to schedule appoints, keep records of horses and clients and write up reports which I can then send directly to your email.... Future capabilities to look forward to are invoicing (no more tear out pieces of paper that get lost), payment through the app (no more hassle with logging into your internet banking), appointment reminders (it's so easy to forget things when life is this busy) and direct client communication (streamline it all into one place). All information is secure and private, and using this app is completely up to you. It will cost you nothing, but if you would rather continue as have been that is fine too. So what do you need to do? If you would like to help me trial this new software all I need from you is your email. I will create a client entry for you and you will receive an automated link where you can access your entry and put in your horse details. And that's all! The rest I handle on my end :) Thank you to all my clients for being with me through 2020, without you my business would not exist.
