14.01.2022 Don’t use public holidays as a reason not to stay consistent. Public holidays give you the perfect opportunity to get a longer set in because you don’t have to work. Even if the pool is closed or operating on different hours, the beauty of triathlon is we can go for a long ride or run instead.... 07.01.2022 The biggest MISTAKE in RUN training for Triathlon.. The biggest mistake both pro and age-group triathletes make in run training is the feeling that they need to run every day. Given the amount of aerobic training done across the three disciplines, running each day is just not necessary. ... And in our experience (especially for female and older age groupers), running everyday actually inhibits performance. If you want to get increase your performance on race day AND prevent future injuries, stop running everyday.

01.01.2022 IMPORTANT UPDATE on the TRAINING SCHEDULE this week and until further notice. Due to post COVID-19 protocols, the pool is opening at 6AM instead of 5.30AM. This means, our training sessions will be kicking off at 6AM until the pool goes back to a 5.30AM open. If you need to leave early for work, we can make the necessary adjustments so that it still works for you....
