To make the products I make to the high standards I expect from myself as the creator and you, the customer, pays good money for...they take time. They are not whipped up in an hour. When you pay for something.. you want what you paid for fairly promptly. Totally understandable.... Trolley Monsters products are created by hand, literally piece by piece. Constructed & top Stitched, crafted & created like things were in the old days. Made individually, with pride. I also love and take pride in being a supportive wife and mother. I am the caretaker of the house we live in and my family that depends on me. I also care for my disabled mum who lives with us. That is why orders take anywhere from 1 week to 4 weeks. There are always orders in the system, always housework to be done, meals to be cooked, my daughters wellbeing and development to supported, homework to be monitored, after school activities to attend... and my own self care to be managed. (This last one I often forget but is vitally important!) Heres the awesome part... When you purchase a product from Trolley Monsters, you are supporting a mum to be able to work from home so that I can be present in my child's upbringing, you are supporting a family and we, as that family are so grateful for your patience and your business.
