22.01.2022 Welcome TRONBOT To help our students engage in robotics, TRONICOLOGY has developed "TRONBOT". It is 100% designed and developed at TronLabs to cater for wide variety of robotics activities including basic line following, PID based advance line following, color sensing, obstacle detection and avoidance with pan control, LCD display, MP3 audio playback, extensive power options and more. ... This will also be available as a kit so that any robot enthusiast can enjoy the marvels of robotics.

21.01.2022 Welcome all to this new video of TronBot showcasing its ability to identify color. Here the TronBot is doing a classic line following while detecting junctions. When it reaches a junction, it stops and tries to detect a white color patch on either side of the track. The white color patch signifies which side to turn to. When the bot identifies the color patch, it turn to that side of the junction and continue its journey.

14.01.2022 Fun Electronics and Robotics Foundation Level This program is designed to introduce the young inventors to the world of physical computing - developing programs for a small computer or micro-controller based module called Arduino Uno, which is connected to a set of sensors and actuators to interact with the outside world. Fun Electronics and Robotics Advance Level... This program is designed to take the young inventors from where the Foundation level left off. It will add more complex modules like I2C interface LCD, matrix keypad, 8x8 LED panel, RFID kit etc. As such, the students will be engaging in more complex program development, analytical problem solving, understanding the best practices in coding and working in teams. Please express your interest to either of the programs by registering at http://www.tronicology.com.au/registration.html. This helps us plan in advance for the program and allocate resources.

08.01.2022 This is tronBot line following based on a PID control algorithm. The sensors used are three QRE1113 with Pololu qtr-sensors-arduino-3.0.0 library. The PID parameters and some other operation parametes can be changed while the bot is in motion using on-board IR receiver and a standard remote. It also has a programmable MP3 player with a micro SD card on-board. There are several audio clips loaded into the micro SD and they can be selectively played back. Towards the end of the video, as the bot stops, it playes a breaking sound. It is powered by two 18650 Li ion cells.

07.01.2022 Line following and obstacle detection In this video the TronBot demonstrates its ability to detect obstacles while performing a line following. The TronBot uses its front facing HC SR 04 Ultrasonic sensor to detect obstacles on the path its following. ... Also it demonstrates the selectable MP3 audio play back feature when it detects the obstacle.
