Start the night with a wonderful dining experience at one of the many fine dining experiences beachfront in Palm Cove and then wander down to the beach and watch as the fireworks are set off from the Palm Cove jetty with Double Island in the background. Bring a blanket, a picnic and a bottle of bubbles and you have the perfect way of watching the fireworks and enjoying the celebrations - Fireworks starts at 9:00pm, make sure you are there early to secure your spot.
