23.01.2022 As the best visiting season is arriving, it's time to consider your specialty accommodation. The river's flowing and the rainforest is lush. You may book direct on 07 40653366 or through our website tropical-bliss-bnb.com or through booking.com or airbnb or any other sites. We're here to help you. Best wishes Peter and Steve

22.01.2022 What a stunning time of year as it plummets down to 19oC at night. Our gardens are all self-maintained at the mo but that changes during the wet. The BNB has been busy with over 25 nationalities having stayed over the past year. We have such a great time with them and our tripadvisor reviews are a reflection of their experiences. We wish you all well and hope you're not too cold iin your neck of the world.

21.01.2022 The tourism season is upon us and the perfect season to visit Far North Queensland. After a metre of rain our gardens are blooming with native flora and fauna. Paronella Park is at it's best and you can visit nearby Mamu Skywalk to fully appreciate the tropical rain forests from above.

19.01.2022 We'd like to thank all of guests, family and friends for your continued support. Best wishes for this year.

16.01.2022 We've had a metre of rain in the past 10 days but much needed as the regular wet wasn't as it should had been - call it climate change - call it weird - but either way we still get up to 4 metres a year. We're at the start of the tourist season and have the property looking fresh inviting and shmicko. The tropical seasonal fruits and seafoods are just too delicious and on our doorstep for your enjoyment. Please go to www.tropical-bliss-bnb.com to book your stay. We love this place so much we bought it. Cheers from Peter and Steve

16.01.2022 As the wet season is in full swing, it's growing time. We are introducing an interactive flora engagement program for all of our interested B&B guests. The concept is that any guests may plant a collected seed from our endemic rainforest and have it grow in our nursery. The seedling will then be donated and be planted as part of a local reforestation program ensuring the wet tropics will continue to provide a natural habitat for the thousands of species that need them to surv...ive and thrive. However, if you can't visit us, please let us know and we'll do it for you. A list of people will be kept resulting in your seedling's ultimate location of which you'll be advised. It costs nothing but your engagement will ensure our rainforests will continue grow. Local flora on our property include, palms, ferns, trees, grasses etc. Let us know of your preference, if any, and we'll sow to grow. Cheers Peter & Steve

11.01.2022 We had a very tropical Christmas with B&B guests from Norway, Switzerland and Germany - all good fun. We now move into the quiet wet-season but a wonderful time to visit the tropics. Book via (07) 40653366 or tropical-bliss-bnb.com Love to have you stay Peter & Steve

11.01.2022 The stunning but weird jade (strongylodon) vine is starting to bloom

09.01.2022 We had a family from Beijing stay recently. The Father is a traffic control engineer and uses drones as a source to avoid traffic build up. He gave his son one for his ninth birthday while staying in Australia. By the time he stayed with us the son was an expert. They took many great photos and a short movie. The photo shows our stunning tropical rainforest hideaway.

06.01.2022 We are so honoured to now be on Youtube as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V4oa6svq05o as a preferred destination for our guests from all around the world. This enables everyone to see out photos, book on-site and enjoy the seasonal discounts we offer. We are very proud to be on 37 websites in 26 languages internationally. Come and enjoy our Tropical Bliss

03.01.2022 We're preparing for the wet season but at the moment it's cooler than most of Australia - perfect gardening weather. The fruit trees are starting to produce - mangos, Black Brazilian Cherry (so Yum), Kang Kong etc. All the others are budding and waiting for the wet.

01.01.2022 We have been growing the beautiful varieties of tropical lotuses from seed. They are very easy to start in warm weather climates and very easy to pot on. This photo is of the first flower produced and the aroma is stunning. Let me know if you's like any seeds (with instructions) to send to you free of charge.
