We have also made a few changes in our facility to accommodate these interesting times. We will be implementing sessions throughout the day for both drop-ins and party bookings. ... 14.01.2022 Due to high demand, we have decided to remove our play session times and will instead accommodate walk-in patrons at any time from 10-5 on weekends and 10-2:30 on a weekday, subject to maximum capacity of the facility. Our party sessions will continue to be strictly 2 hours exclusive use of the party rooms, however play will now be unlimited. *On weekends we do recommend calling prior to visiting to ensure availability!

09.01.2022 Just a note on the current situation: Our staff have all been trained to practice proper hygiene standards as per Covid-19 rulings and would appreciate it if you could help us maintain these standards! We have hand sanitisers around the centre at your disposal and would much prefer the use of contactless payment over cash. We are not accepting outside food or drinks and for the time being, most of our servings will be in disposable packaging, for the protection of both guests and staff. While in our premises, we encourage that you observe social distancing rules set by the government, and if you are feeling unwell, to please seek medical advice before attending a session. By doing this, we help to continue to take care of each other and allow a pleasurable experience for everyone! Thank you :)

03.01.2022 Good afternoon everyone just a few updates on our centre. Unfortunately our website is still down and will be down for a little bit longer, we are sorry for the inconvenience. With these upcoming winter school holidays, we know that the kids will be itching to get out and play, and we are here to accomodate it. ... Our school holiday sessions will follow the same structure as our weekend session times and will run from... 10-12 12:30-2:30 3-5pm Prices for school holiday general entry will remain the same at $10 for ages 1-4 and $13 for 5 and above. Our cafe will be open from 10-4:30 to supply you with yummy food and coffee. If you were still looking at booking a party during these school holidays (including weekdays) our prices sit at a flat rate of $18 and $20 for the troppo package and $16 and $18 for the twist package. Both of our super and frozen rooms are now open to bookings for those super duper fantastic superhero parties or those super cool frozen parties. Love ~The Tropical Twist Team

The weekend party session times are as follows:... 10AM - 12PM 12:30PM - 2:30 PM 3PM - 5PM Allotted time of use of the party rooms will be strictly 2 hours with unlimited play. There is also a minimum of 10 children for our parties! The Troppo Package: $20 per child - Includes an ice cream cake and host to serve the party - Children have individual snack boxes with the choice of fish fingers, nuggets, cheese pizza or sausage rolls and hot chips - Each snack box will include fairy bread and cheezels, as well as the option between and individual orange or apple juice box - Water jugs will be provided The Twist Package (Formerly Play n Fun): $18 per child - Does not include an ice cream cake or host (But you are welcome to bring your own cake) - Instead of individual snack boxes, children get shared plates of hot chips, fairy bread and cheezels , as well as a fruit platter - Water jugs will be provided - Children have the choice between individual orange or apple juice boxes We are currently recommending the TROPPO package as it is a safer option due to the meals and drinks being individual, minimising shared eating.
