22.01.2022 Happy Monday! I talked about this in my last newsletter of 2020. The first training block for ELITE SQUAD starts next Monday 11th January 2021. Basically I get to be your trainer without really being your trainer. It is for people who want structure in their training and to actually get somewhere. There are prerequisites however; ... 1. Must have a gym membership and be able to get to the gym 3+ days/ week (any gym that has proper equipment) 2. Must have trained 1 on 1 with me for minimum 8 weeks and be proficient in squat, bench and deadlift 3. Have a great work ethic and be able to follow the program without major adjustments and be able to accept feedback 4. Have access to facebook (private group will be made) and google drive (for written program) If you have any questions about any of this please DM me! First 12 week block starts next week - Monday 11th January 2021

17.01.2022 Hi! For those worried about my class here’s some Info. You do need a little bit of coordination as the class is 20% dance and 80% fitness, however the moves are very repetitive and everyone picks it up by the 3rd or 4th class I can’t make it toooo easy otherwise you would be super bored amiright?? If there are any difficult moves in any of the tracks, I usually explain it quickly before we start Please don’t let fear/uncertainty hold you back from having the best time of your life!

08.01.2022 NEVER SKIP LEG DAY We tested Jamie’s max squat and max bench this week! Results were 90kg and 80kg respectively. Super well done Our goal was to get his squat bigger than his bench, as he totally dominated in upper body strength but had very little strength in his lower body.... Even with a long history of training in the gym he had never previously squatted with a barbell. Although it is not 100% necessary for every client to squat with a barbell, it is a great way to get strong not only in the legs, but in the back and core as well. Once we perfected form and worked hard every week it was 100% safe to test his maximum strength after it had been carefully programmed We also do front squats, leg press, lunges, wall sits and more in his 2 x 1hr sessions per week. 03.01.2022 Great speech. Listen if you have time not just for women over 40... I just want to add... I turned 40 last year and have experienced some major physical changes OVERNIGHT.. maybe you haven't noticed but I definitely have because I live with my body 24/7 and I know it like the back of my hand LITERALLY But I did actually go and see a professional and had my hormone levels checked. Turns out I was a bit out and I am now taking supplements and have made changes to my diet ...to support that and feel better. I will continue to strength train, dance and sleep & eat well to be in the best possible shape because it is very important to me.
