24.01.2022 The trend of thrilling tournament finishes continues at Tropics! The 2020 Tropics Women’s Open has been run and won. Congratulations to Tara Jenkins in taking out the title of Open Champion with a score of 73 (+2). Tara’s Tropics Open title now sits alongside a list of other local events which she has claimed in the recent months. In an exciting finish to the days play, a play off between Beverly Suckling and Eun Hee Lee took place for the A Grade Gross prize. The eventual ...winner being Beverly Suckling on the first playoff hole. THANK YOU goes to Golf Genius- event scoring management/support, the Tropics club and greens staff and to the Tropics Members Supporters Club. All of whom which contributed to a successful event. 10.01.2022 The 2020 KC Mow & Grow Men’s Tropics Open Championship no breeze with the weekend weather and course set up bearing its teeth for competitors. The 36 hole tournament concluded today in blustery conditions with Luke Morrissy taking out the title, scoring 71 & 80 respectively. In a thrilling finish to the day, a play off between Darryl Morrissy and Darryll Pearce took place for the Senior Championship. Pearce the eventual winner, taking home the Senior title on the 2nd extra... hole. A massive THANK YOU to event sponsor- KC Mow & Grow.
