10.01.2022 With great reluctance I am stopping Tai Chi at the moment. This means no usual classes and no 1 day Tai Chi at Mission Beach. We are being asked to stay at home and avoid non essential groups. Even though I think Tai Chi fits that criteria I don't think the government would agree. To those who have paid I will return your funds ASAP. In the meantime, check out some Tai Chi and Qi Gong on YouTube, Facebook, DCD or any other means you can. Even from memory!?
