22.01.2022 Boy or girl? Dr Kimberley has kept us guessing throughout her pregnancy. We can finally let you know Dr Kimberley and her partner Aaron have welcomed a little girl into the world. Veronica Rosemarie, 50cm and 3.24kg ... Mum and Bub are both well and settling into newborn life.

17.01.2022 CoVid 19 update: Trowse Chiropractic would like to reassure our patients that we are open and taking appointments as usual. Chiropractic is a primary healthcare service. Chiropractic care is classed as essential healthcare, which means we will remain open at this stage.... Currently, there are no changes to our days or hours of operation. While we have always maintained high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness, we have carried out additional precautionary measures: These include: installation of an atmosphere sterilization and purification system in our waiting room providing hand sanitizer at reception for our patients practitioners cleaning hands in between patients regularly sanitizing tables, benches, payment terminals, door handles, and even pens. reducing bookings to reduce the number of clients within the waiting room and treatment areas at one time (and making sure Dr John runs on time!!). We will be updating our Facebook page if there are any further changes to our opening hours. If you have any questions or concerns through this period of uncertainty, please feel free to contact us for further information. Even if you need somebody to talk to, we will be here for you

16.01.2022 There is no doubt we are in challenging times. However, we would like to assure you we are doing all we can to ensure the health & safety of our patients and staff. This has always been our priority and will never change. We are closely monitoring regular updates by the Australian Department of Health. We are taking all possible measures to protect you all.... At this stage, all chiropractic and massage appointments are going ahead as normal. We have always maintained a very high standard of cleanliness & hygiene at our clinic. We wanted to advise of further steps we will be taking to continue this. The team at Trowse Chiropractic will be washing hands before and after consults, and we invite our patients to do the same. You will see us wiping down payment terminals, the reception counter, door handles, and pillows/beds frequently. Just today, we have installed an Airofresh BCU system in our waiting room. The Airofresh BCU system is an atmosphere sterilization and purification system that destroys viruses, mold and bacteria. If any staff member experiences flu-like symptoms, they have been advised to stay home, rest, and seek medical advice. We ask this of our patients as well to assist the fight against this virus. 14.01.2022 COVID19 UPDATE: We are OPEN and taking appointments as usual. We have taken extra precautionary measures to ensure our clinic is as clean and safe as possible for our patients and staff. ... One of those precautionary measures is the installation of an Airofresh BCU air filtration system. The Airofresh BCU, is a system designed for the health and welfare of enclosed facilities. It is not a heating or cooling system. Airofresh BCU is an atmosphere sterilization and purification system with no capture and store filters. This unit destroys; Viruses of any kind including CoVid19* Bacteria, Mould Fungi Dust (Dust is 80% biological and therefore capable of being destroyed) We look forward to telling you more about it at your next visit to the clinic * Currently being tested at Flinders Medical Centre for CoVid19. Results will be known in the following weeks!

08.01.2022 COVID-19 - UPDATE 18/11/2020 The South Australian Chief Allied and Scientific Health Officer has announced that our clinic must CLOSE for the duration of the six day 'circuit breaker' period from midnight tonight. 08.01.2022 From today, masks will no longer be mandatory for: people present in health care settings (this includes staff and visitors at residential aged care facilitie...s) people working in personal care services (hairdressers, beauty salons, tattoo parlours and similar businesses). Face masks are an additional physical barrier and help to stop the spread of COVID-19. At this time in South Australia it is not mandatory for the general community, but it is recommended to wear a mask when out in public if you are unable to physically distance from others.
