16.01.2022 My design influenced English Norris bench plane. Based on a #5 with personalized features, weighing 5kg. Sole cast in Gun Metal Bronze at 11 1/4" length x 2 1/2" wide. Handles carved and turned with Central American Cocobolo Rosewood imported green and allowed for slow shaping and stabilized drying. Cutting Iron of 1/4" German tool steel rated at 62 Rockwell with the pillar adjuster using both an external right hand and internal left hand thread for micro adjustment. Machined knobs in knurled Brass with Rosewood inserts. She's my most treasured hand tool bringing a life time of magic, and dream to have. Love her to bits for all the joy and happiness she brings. She's in good hands :) :)
