24.01.2022 Come along and join in on a session with our ladies fitness group. What have you got to lose? Barriers? Age? Injuries? Unfit? All these factors are irrelevant. We have ladies of all ages, capabilities and fitness levels. Each member is worked at their own pace, so no need to keep up. Trainer Troy Cowell takes a holistic approach to our fitness so we address all aspects of physical, mental, emotional and social health. Kids supervised free, and first session also free. So you ...really don't have anything to lose. All sessions $10 and every session is different. No periodised programming here!! No lock in contracts or memberships. Pay per session you attend. And train under someone who can guide you through your sessions and keep you on track. Then you have a group of like minded ladies as a support network to lean on emotionally too. 20.01.2022 It's almost Christmas!! So very excited for our group Xmas party tomorrow, and I even heard Santa will be making an appearance. I think it will be a top day as our ladies and their families celebrate a bloody tough but productive year of training. Love my madams, hope they enjoy being spoiled, well deserved day of rest and relaxation with lots of fun and games in the mix. Merry Christmas to all my peeps who have supported me and my little Business this year. I am truly grateful to you all

Did this for me, my madams and my mum who is a mito sufferer too. A walk this long changes you. It makes you stronger and more resilient. It helps you grow. Take risks always. It's life changing

18.01.2022 Not one day since we've all been locked down have my steps been under 10,000 I've had no excuse not to be active. With mum in hospital my little brother is looking to me to keep him moving, occupied and fed well. The food part is easy. Coz he eats veggies and fresh food just like me. But my gosh keeping up with his energy. I don't know how U single mums do it all the time... I've managed to set him up with a healthy routine of walking and outdoor play and very little screen... time. Actually none yesterday or the day before. And a little bit today just on the drive down to Glenelg. Walking on Friday and playing cricket. .yard work and walking the galah yesterday and then today we started at plant 4 Bowden for a nice feed at bloomburger. Then off to Glenelg for a look at the new playground at Wrigley reserve we parked under the beach house so we had to walk another ,500 mts to get there... then we walked through the marina to get to the rock wall and rock hopped our way out and back with no injuries. Then we walked down to the playground near jetty road. Then from there we drove back to Mawson lakes and did another walk before we grabbed food at fasta pasta. Kids had a pasta/pizza each we got salad and pizza but I barely touched the pizza and smashed down my salad. Craving those veggies after being drained of energy from the two kids. Thanks so much to my best friend. Rebbecca for joining me and kobie today as kobie missed Rubi over these last few days. And for offering to drive us all too . first family day we've done without mumma bear. But hopefully she's back to herself in a few more days Just goes to show there's never an excuse not to get out and active. It was thunder and lighting today and still we did close to 13000 steps in amongst our day

17.01.2022 Huge sessions tonight as we incorporated some ball work as intensifiers. But not one of these ladies quit on themselves tonight. Rather they blitzed every movement I threw their way, like always. We are also working on increasing our water intake atm and focussing more on improving our nutrition. Looking at ways to increase calories for most, and ensuring they get those macros in throughout the day. Cause no matter how much you work out, you're not going to make progress with...out recognising unhealthy behaviours outside of the gym. Proud trainer seeing all the madams working towards healthy mindsets around fitness, good nutrition and adequate water intake. Keen to see how much these factors improve progress for each on an individual level. Proud of you all for getting out and putting yourselves first every time. Days end, health and wellness is NOT a hobby or part time activity...it's a lifestyle. See more



16.01.2022 Unfortunately I will not be recommencing any one on one or small group pt sessions until the 10th of March 2021 I have thought long and hard about using work as a distraction and bottling up any feelings I need to.. but I think it would be remiss of me to not practice what I preach. I'll take time to sort my head and hopefully be back with all my clients feeling fresher than ever after a little break. Thankyou to all my clients who have been nothing short of amazing while ...I deal with the death of my Mum. Thankyou again for all your understanding. 15.01.2022 Had one of my young clients on the mallets yesterday during his PT session. He aced it!! Told me although it was hard, he loved it and felt accomplished getting through his sets. So proud of this young man and how much he has progressed since being with me. Give yourself the opportunity to step out of your comfort zones always. You'll be surprised with what you can achieve

15.01.2022 Kids had an absolute blast in their session today. We focussed on body awareness, balance, teamwork, agility, off sided moves and inputs forcing kids to think on their feet... we got back to basics with some hot potato and running and squatting. Not to mention all the laughs , games and kids socialising and making friends with each other. 14.01.2022 Sometimes life throws you those sneaky curve balls. I've had a few of them myself and I'm only 30.... But sometimes you think it's a curve ball and it is actually worse than that . It's actually something that will change your world and how you live your life.... I'm losing my best friend, my mum , this woman is the strongest person i know and she has taught me how to live life to the fullest. And to do it with a positive outlook.... and to keep that outlook in times that... are not positive in anyway... This woman is someone I admire. She taught me to be strong, and she taught me how to bounce back. Amongst thousands of other lessons... And still each day I see her in the hospital she teaches me more.... We are hoping she gets to come home in the next few days.. and we are keen to make some lasting memories with her.. sometimes words can't even describe a feeling... And that's the feeling I have at the moment... She's lived a bloody full life for a young duck and done most things when the opportunity has arisen.... She's never said no to an experience she could get under her belt.. so she's scraping a few ideas together and in the mean time If you want to help mum tick off a few things from her bucket list. 13.01.2022 After a death in the family. It was great to get away with some special people and be reminded by those special people that we still have reason to smile. Thankyou to everyone who continues to support both me and my family. And those who continue to help me continue with my work even on days when I find it hard to move my neck or to get out of that black hole you sometimes find yourself in depressed, over thinking, over eating, under sleeping. . I too am only human and i can't even express how important it is to take time. .just take it. . take time and reset. In the most healthy way possible. Ground yourself at the beach. Have a bath. Get away for a few days. Love. Laugh. And live life to the fullest. Coz some people just can't. And if U can, then shouldn't you

13.01.2022 So on the weekend. I walked/jogged the bloody long walk. At 35km it's a pretty mean feat... I didn't train for this at all (definitely should have) and really didn't decide to try and run some of it til the week before. . But I'm super stoked to have come 78th out of 760+ entrants this year. . I had a knee injury I was nursing and a backpack full of spare clothes. Food. And drinks. At around 7kg it wasn't easy to cart or jog with. . I relied on my madams of mayhem train...ing group ladies who had entered with me and they all come up with motivation when it was needed. I struggled and dragged my legs when at 22km mark they felt like dead weights and i ate like a horse the whole way. . The day ended with a 5 hour 29 minute time and I'm super stoked with that. , 46000 steps over the day ,7003 calories and all off only 3 hours sleep. . Very proud of my efforts but also super proud to have been there along with my ladies. Who all finished in some wicked times too! 12.01.2022 Tabata with split movements tonight, some intermittent runs and walks..finishing off with some yoga for the mind and to stretch out those sore muscles. Was a smashing effort from the madams in both sessions . Proud trainer here, always.

12.01.2022 Just a chilled night for me and the family tonight. Many years in a row we've bought the new year in with a party or a bang somehow. But this year will be nice to relax tonight and enjoy the day tomorrow. With big things coming up against my family soon it's nice to slow down and enjoy doing next to nothing. . For everyone going out or driking or partying tonight. Please please do so safely. And start the new year on the right foot. Set a goal and commit yourself to it. Have fun all. 11.01.2022 Back into it with madames of mayhem today after the lockout has us training from home. Over the weekend ... Todays outdoor bootcamp had the ropes as the focus and then we used timed rounds with changing rest phases to make their muscles work harder and harder to adapt and get through the reps for time. And a bunch of different equipment . Bodyweight legs. Bug slam ball moves. New movements on the weight plates and dumbbell work of course. .... massive efforts today ladies and huge work getting through the battle rope sets on that white one. Weighing in at 110+kg its no small monster and actually was a ship mooring rope in its first lifetime well done ladies one very proud trainer here

Feeling fresh as this morning after a night of not drinking and doing nothing except watching tv and chilling out with family (including sook the galah) who had a really late night himself. And needed lots of love to help him calm down from the fireworks around us here's to a new year full of nothing but the opportunity to make it your year. So buck up take the bull by the horns and bloody do something about it this year. . Your body is the one thing you will have for your whole life.. so look after it.
