10.01.2022 When you create enough resistance and mechanical stress when performing an exercise, microscopic damage occurs to the muscle fibers. This damage or microtears stimulate the body's repair response. The body delivers nutrients that flows to the muscle cells to repair the damage and to stimulate more muscle fibres to grow. So wether you create these microtears with a barbell or a towel it ultimately will end in the same result of muscle growth.



08.01.2022 21 half marathons all done with a sneaky marathon thrown in yesterday. It was a fun little challenge for an even better cause, sad that it’s over but excited for the next one.
