24.01.2022 Volvo FM with a geartronic gearbox neutralizing in 3rd and 6th gear. Detents found to have failed causing the syncro to fail. Now that we’ve found the problem, it’s time to rebuild this box!

21.01.2022 Failed pinion bearing in 2nd drive on a Kenworth T904. Cut off old pinion bearings and pressed on new. Installed pinion with new seal and yoke. Installed crown wheel and set up preload bearings. Set back lash between pinion and crown wheel. Good to go!

20.01.2022 Mack Granite with MP8 EGR had a little problem sharing diesel into the oil. Injectors were found loose causing the o-rings and tubes to fail and crack two injectors. The bulldog is back on the road! Cheers Joshua Trudgeon

17.01.2022 Found fuel leaking into timing cover. Removed bonnet, radiator/ intercooler. Stripped front of engine and found blanking plug on the fuel rail in block was the cause. Re-sealed and re-installed blanking plug, cleaned all surfaces re installed all parts. Replaced leaking radiator. She’s purring just fine now.

15.01.2022 Happy Friday! Finishing off the week with this Mack Granite diagnosed with hard starting. Further inspection found the tubes had failed causing two injectors to crack. We replaced the injectors and tubes, carried out a valve set and got our customer back on the road!
