14.01.2022 I never realised how good Electrolised Reduced Water (Kangen Water) was until I didn't have it for 17 days. While I was on holidays I drank bottled water and no where near the amount of water I normally drink. Since I have been home I have slowly increased my water intake and I am starting to get back into my stride. I don't feel as bloated when I drink ERW water... My joints are not aching as much I am starting to sleep better. I am not eating as much My skin is starting to get its glow back To be honest I think this holiday away from the water has done me the world of good, I am definitely so much more grateful for my Enagic Water Ioniser machine and its benefits.

06.01.2022 Sitting at Cairns airport waiting for our flight home reminiscing on our holiday, my main thought is I drank nowhere near enough water. I know you can't bottle Kangen Water, but boy I really wish you could. I have had dull headaches practically every day and I know it's because I am dehydrated. The joints are aching because of the lack of water. My usual water intake of between 2 1/2 to 4 Litres has dropped dramatically while we have been away to between 1 to 2 Litres nowhere near enough. Tonight when I get home I will be having a couple of glasses of Kangen Water before I go to bed, hopefully it will help me sleep better as well, Kangen Water and my own bed can't go wrong.
