Figure out which ones are important to you and make better use of your time!

Studies have shown that spending long periods of the day sitting down is linked to an increased risk of anxiety. ... Here are some easy things to do: Consider getting a standing desk or an adjustable height desk. Set yourself a reminder, and get up every forty-five minutes. You know there are apps for that! Go for a walk around the block outside when you can. Please give it a go and let’s get moving!
