02.01.2022 Going through this year has been hard for everyone yet its opened us up in many ways as well. A lot of people have been baking who never did before, making recipes, taking up a craft. Its also been a time to appreciate the simple sights of nature and literally stop and smell the flowers.

01.01.2022 https://i.ytimg.com/an_webp/Q4h7lmIghzQ/mqdefault_6s.webp The above link is to a Youtube video about ancient Tibet where it was documented that thousands of years ago, the monks possessed advanced technologies including having Automatons as servants. After watching this, I was going through an art folder which had samples of my wax art to use in my workshops. I came across the painting below and to my surprise, the figure on the far-left, looked like a robot ! I created the A5 piece by combining tissue into the wax. I noticed feint outlines of faces and figures appeared so I outlined them with my wax stylus. I find with wax art, that quite often the spirit realms impress various things into the wax.
