25.01.2022 It’s with both a heavy heart and tears in my eyes that I announce the temporary closure of True Balance Massage & Myotherapy. Due to everything that is going on surrounding the COVID-19 Pandemic, I’ve made the decision that even though at this stage I am allowed to practice, I do not feel it is safe nor practical to do so. I don’t believe that a 30 minute treatment is sufficient or worth the risk to be apart of the spread of this virus. There’s no such thing as social distanc...ing in this job and as much as it is disappointing, I need to go with my gut. The health and safety of my clients, their family, my loved ones and the community, is not worth the risk. For those who I have already spoken to about their upcoming appointments, thank you for your understanding and kind words. It truly means a lot! Moving forward - I haven’t gone anywhere! If anyone needs any advice on stretching, pain relief or self treatment I am only a message or even a phone call away. Please, please do not hesitate in reaching out. I will try to have more of a presence on social media so that there’s heaps of information for everyone and you are all up to date every step of the way. Thank you so much for all your support. 25.01.2022 As everyone would have heard, stage 4 restrictions have been extended by 2 weeks and that means I won’t be able to open up as expected Please, please call or message me if you are struggling. Stay safe and stay positive, we are getting there

21.01.2022 We’re nearly there! fingers crossed that the easing of restrictions means we can get back into regular treatments! Next week I will begin scheduling everyone back in so please be patient with me during this time! Can’t wait to see everyone

18.01.2022 Myotherapy is classified as an essential service! At this current time we will be staying open with all necessary precautions in place. We are taking it day by day and monitoring the situation very closely. Should circumstances change we will notify you as soon as possible! This is also a reminder to please contact us at your earliest convenience if you do not wish to attend your appointment.

18.01.2022 Unfortunately due to stage 4 restrictions under the guidelines determined by the DHHS, I am unable to continue to provide routine treatments... meaning I will be closing the doors temporarily. Stay safe, stay home & we’ll see you as soon as we can!

16.01.2022 LATEST UPDATE I am so disappointed to let everyone know that the expected re-opening date has now been pushed back to the end of October The Victorian Government are still very focussed on restricting movement and therefore restricting face-to-face Myotherapy & Massage consultations ... Please don’t hesitate in contacting me for advice and support during the time. As soon as I get the green light to go ahead I will do my best to get everyone sorted ASAP!
