24.01.2022 The faces, the smiles, the love and generosity of heart fill our own hearts with pure joy. The O'Connors and Siemer's along with their surrounding neighbours are so worthy and deserving of the incredibly kind generosity from their fellow Australians. Again, to all who have taken the time donate, like, share and comment - we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Right here is the impact you have made on the lives of these beautiful families. Now ... who's next!!!

23.01.2022 Another humbling day for True Blue Water Relief as 2 shipments of water were delivered safe and sound We were so thrilled to see the total joy and happiness on the faces of these deserving, hard working, salt of the earth families. it has again been a total and utter honour to have worked with all involved, from Bill and Ian at Crystal Springs Water to Adam and Nathan from Hillebrand, Ben and his driver from Pickering Transport, Rosie and Sean from Channel 7, the beautiful... hearted Danni who provided the care packages, Shane and Mel Lee who helped "chaperone" the deliveries and provide good humour (although this may be debatable!!) and a friendly face for the families on what is a pretty overwhelming and emotional day. But most of all we'd like to thank Anny O'Connor and her beautiful dad Jim and Sam and Tennille Siemer and their 4 adorable boys. You are why we do this. We'll have some more images and footage to share with you all tomorrow, but for now we can safely say that there are some pretty happy campers approximately 265 km's north of Broken Hill. #LiquidGold

21.01.2022 Listen to Sam's interview with ABC Radio Broken Hill with Andrew Schmidt discussing True Blue Water Relief efforts to get spring water to drought affected families. Listen from the 3:12:24 mark. Thanks for having us Andrew!... Link here --> https://www.abc.net.au//progr/breakfast/breakfast/11846068

20.01.2022 We have ALL of the feels !!!

19.01.2022 Luke Zapan from Pickering Transport Group getting his rig ready for the delivery 265 km's north of Broken Hill. You did a fantastic job Luke - from all involved ... thank you!!!

18.01.2022 Introducing Sam and Tenille Siemer and their four boys - the second family we'll be delivering water to this week. Sam, Tenille and their 4 boys live on Coally Station which is about 265km due north of Broken Hill. Their boys are 11, 9, 6 and 4. The last time Sam can remember it raining to fill up their rain water tanks was in Easter 2019. It dropped 22ml on the 22nd May 2019 and 7ml in November. The family has run out of drinking water and have moved to bore water, which Sa...m says, is ok, but it’s not the best. Which is farmer code for it’s totally SHIT and undrinkable. The Siemer's easily go through 10 litres of drinking water a day and are currently purchasing boxes of water from Broken Hill at great cost and considerable distance. Three neighbouring station families will be sharing the water delivered to Coally Station along with a number who are located further away, but Sam says that the water is available to anyone who needs it. The attached photo was sent yesterday as a massive dust storm hit them and the surrounding area. We can't even begin to imagine what it must have been like. See you soon Siemers’!!!

13.01.2022 So this just happened ... "We wanted to do something for the people who are in drought affected areas. We saw the news article on Channel 7 before Christmas and thought this was such a good cause and that we'd like to help as the drought just doesn’t seem to end, it’s always there." And just like that, enough money for another shipment of water was donated. That's $6,680 donated to True Blue Water Relief by Mark Springett from Springetts' Arcade in Bowral, NSW. ... But it gets better! Mark is flying to Broken Hill and will be there for the delivery of the next shipment of water. And Kerry from Mark's management team is flying to Adelaide to be present at the loading at Piccadilly. NEXT LEVEL!!!! The container will be branded with the Springetts' Arcade logo so if you see it on the road next Thursday, be sure to give a toot and a wave of support. We are beyond grateful to Mark and his team for their incredible generosity and for their compassion and care for our drought affected families. Thank you Mark

13.01.2022 155 donors Over $25,000 raised 96,000 litres of water delivered HOW GOOD IS THAT!!!... We are beyond grateful and so humbled to have been custodians of your donations in order to get drinking water to drought affected families and communities in need. Thank you to everyone who has donated, shared, commented and talked about Sam's initiative. 4 beautiful families and their neighbours now have free and easy access to drinking water ... a simple and basic human need and right. Sam has a meeting with a Liberal MP, Fiona Simpson to discuss True Blue Water Relief's work ... the more we talk, the more traction we get. Stay tuned!

13.01.2022 Thank you to Rosie from Channel 7 Adelaide who featured True Blue Water Relief again on tonight's news. We are so honoured to be able to help our farmers and we owe it all to our amazing True Blue Water Relief community. We're in the process of securing the details for the next delivery of water so keep checking in on the page for updates. Oh ... and how cute are those kids !!!

13.01.2022 One out ... another in.

12.01.2022 Where the magic happens.

11.01.2022 Get ready to meet the next two families who will be receiving 24,000 litres of Crystal Spring water next week!!! But before we introduce you, we’d like to take a moment and pause to reflect and think about those who have been or are currently being affected by the horrendous fires around our beautiful country. The generosity of spirit and willingness to help others in the face of total devastation is the epitome of the Australian human spirit. Whilst some may question us del...ivering water to drought affected families and surrounding communities instead of to those hit by the fires, we ask you to think of this as written by a fire-fighter battling the NSW fires - That to be glad of another's good fortune while suffering your own misfortune is a wonderful thing. Our beautiful farmers are so very worthy and deserved of our continued support over the coming months and years. They have been battling drought in conditions that have the capacity to destroy their livelihoods and souls, yet they continue to fight each and every day. Let them know that their fellow Australians will not forget them, and are with them for the long haul by showing compassion, understanding and kindness on this page. Thank you x

11.01.2022 The Springetts' Arcade sponsored water shipment was delivered safe and sound to the Stevenson family last week - just in time as they had just run out of drinking water and a dust storm was just about to roll in. Mark Springett made the journey from Bowral to Pindera Downs to see where his generosity was being received - a hugely impressive effort to say the least!!! A huge thank you to everyone involved for getting another 24,000 litres of drinking water to drought affected families and communities. We think you're all pretty amazing.

09.01.2022 Another one out of the gates and off to "Pindera Downs" to the Stevenson family. Estimated delivery is around 12pm tomorrow (Thursday 30th January) and we'll be posting updates as the water makes it way to its final destination, 380km north of Broken Hill. This delivery is all thanks to the incredible generosity of Mark Springett and his team from Springetts' Arcade in Bowral, NSW. Mark saw Sam's Channel 7 TV interview and immediately contacted us with the promise to sponsor... an entire shipment of water to a drought affected family. There were so many other causes he could have supported at the time, but he chose to help our farmers, their families and neighbours. Thanks again Mark. We cannot wait to see Nic,Ali, Rosie and Ed on the flip side!! #LiquidGold

08.01.2022 Here’s some more footage of True Blue Water Relief delivering time to Mt. Arrowsmith Station. We cannot get enough of Anny’s dad, Jim !!!

04.01.2022 And off he goes ...see you soon O'Connors & Siemer’s!!!

03.01.2022 I can’t really do justice to Anny’s story so I’m going to re-print an email she recently sent me. Her humility and stoicism whilst having endured years of heart-breaking drought is admirable and heart-breaking in equal measures. Introducing Anny and her beautiful Dad. Hello Catherine... I really don’t have much to tell you about me, I have been living on Mt Arrowsmith Station since 1995, sounds a long time ago but feels like 25 months instead of 25 years. I have been a one man band with lots of help from my extended family, Dad, brothers and nephews etc. but they have their own stations to run as well, so I have just been battling away, going from one disaster to anotherlol. Dad came to live with me 6 years ago after Mum passed and he got too lonely on his station. Mt Arrowsmith Station is 250 km north/northwest of Broken Hill, 3 hours drive. I seriously can’t remember when a decent rain last fell I measured a couple of falls of 20 odd pts throughout 2018 and 2019, so it last rained of any consequence in 2016. The water that is being delivered means a great pressure will be lifted and one less worry for me. It will save me a 110 km round trip to secure drinking water every couple of weeks. We haven’t cooked in rainwater for over two years to try and conserve drinking water, (but I do use it in the iron, so I don’t iron often!!!) . I am fortunate to have neighbours fairly close, 20 klms or so, so they won’t have far to travel to a supply of drinking water. I am feeling very fortunate to be on your delivery list, most humble and pretty embarrassed.

03.01.2022 Introducing the Stevenson's from Pindera Downs station!!! "Thanks a lot for what you are doing up here with water, it's probably the best way anyone can help out at the moment, because without drinking water life would be pretty miserable. Myself and my wife Ali, have 2 kids, Rosie is 9 and Ed is 7 so it is important to have clean drinking water for them. We live on a station called "Pindera Downs" which is 380 Km north of Broken Hill, our nearest town is Tibooburra which is... 50 Km to the west of us. Our average rainfall is about 9 inches a year, the last decent wide spread rain we had was in December 2016 and in the 3 years since then we have only had 9.5 inches. At this stage we will have 2 neighbours about 50 Km away and 1 from 120 Km away using this water as they have also both run out. We have told all our neighbours about this shipment of water and there are a few that are okay for the next 6 months or so but without any rain they will definitely need some of this water. It will be a huge relief to us and others in the area, we can now stop carting drinking water from town every couple of months. It will be good to have a reliable source of clean drinking water again." We'll be seeing this beautiful family next Thursday when the Springetts' Arcade sponsored shipment arrives at their station. Another huge thanks to Mark Springett for his incredible generosity - Nic and Ali, along with the True Blue Water Relief team are eternally grateful to you. See you next Thursday Stevenson's!!!

02.01.2022 WHOO HOOO!!! This morning, another 2 containers each holding 24,000 litres of Crystal Springs water were loaded and will very soon be on its way via Pickering Transport road train to help drought affected families 260km's north of Broken Hill. it was our absolute delight and pleasure to meet at Crystal Springs this morning with the team from Hillebrand and Crystal Springs Water who helped to get the containers away.... Estimated delivery time is around 12pm tomorrow (Thursday) and we'll post some footage as soon as the containers land. A special thanks to the beautiful Danni who - with her 10 year old son - organised for 2 massive care packages to be delivered to the O'Connors and the Siemer's. She was there this morning, with her beautiful vibe and fabulous smile as we loaded. Thanks Danni And of course to the wonderful people who have donated - there are simply too many of you to name personally - however, we want you to know that your kindness and generosity is very humbling, yet so very appreciated. Because of you, families in drought affected areas will have a generous supply of fresh drinking water ... a basic human right and need. See you on the flip side!!! #LiquidGold
