09.01.2022 TIP TUESDAY ~ During 2020 this has absolutely been a focus for me.. Anyone that has visited my home (during the warmer days/months) will know I normally always have windows, door, etc wide open.. Nothing quite like fresh air and sunshine flowing throughout your house.. I have changed all my skincare & make up to all World Organics.. We only use Koh Cleaning products in our house now for about a year.. I love how it is Eco Friendly, one product for all areas of the house w...ith no nasty ingredients (seriously missing my cleaner Angela Hall during lockdown though). My obsession with Indoor Plants has certainly grown during 2020.. Im loving having real plants popping up throughout my home with a big wish list of many more to come.. I have a reminder set in my phone to remind me to water them, move them and feed them.. Daily in my house I diffuse either single or a combination of our Organic Essential Oils.. As I’m lazy and won’t move the diffusers I have several set up through my home so I can just top up, add oil and switch one depending on where I am spending most of my time in the house at that time.. Do you research however ceramic diffusers are shown to be better for your health (always remember to investigate what oils are ok to diffuse around pets if you have any) September is Organic Awareness Month.. So now has never been a better time to make the switch to Organic in your life.. Don’t overwhelm yourself I encourage you to focus on just a few things at a time.. We have been on the organic journey for around 6 months now and we are only just now in the habit of looking for the organic alternatives to our most commonly used items. You will not be able to switch everything to organic however I am finding more and more items are becoming available in organic.
