17.01.2022 Information to members regarding reopening 22. June: Initial opening hours will be 6am - 9pm and we anticipate moving to 24/7 after a week The gym will be divided into 3 sections (studio, cardio, weights), only 20 members are allowed in each section at a time which means that we will be able to cater to 60 members at the time. Accordingly we do not believe we will need a booking system, however this will be closely monitored.... If we are nearing our capacity we ask that our members limit their training sessions to 1 hour between 7am -10am and 4pm-7pm so more people will get the chance to work out in the gym No towel- no training We expect all members to use hand sanitisers when entering and leaving the gym We expect members to wipe off the equipment they have used We will not provide yoga matts or boxing gloves for the time being, you will have to bring your own The saunas and showers will not be made available for members for the time being If you have been experiencing fever, a runny nose, cough or other symptoms of illness, please do not attend the gym We will not allow casual visits for the time being.

True Fitness places a huge importance on the welfare of its members, guests, staff and their families and over the last few weeks have been working tirelessly to ensure your health and safety while using our gym. The Government has directed all indoor gyms to temporary close as of noon today, 23rd March, until further notice. We will keep you updated on any change in policy through our social media.
