13.01.2022 2020 has been the worst, and best year (getting married) all rolled into one continuous state of stress, anxiety, sadness and LOCKDOWNS!! Its been incredibly tough for us and the whole of Australia and the world....especially to those who have lost their jobs, business or livelihood!! A few things that this year has shown both @kaitlinellis_dietitian and myself is:... We both absolutely LOVE what we do, and the current situation has further solidified that. We have spent almost our entire marriage living in isolation together...and were still alive and doing well, so we must be a good match . We are both incredibly driven, passionate and stubborn....and these situations will only make us stronger and more determined going forward. I say it over and over again, but we truly do have the most amazing friends, clients and family in the world...we are so blessed to have such an amazing and inspiring True Form family and we honestly love you all!! AWARENESS......be mindful of the way youre sitting and standing. If you find yourself slouching through the lower back, try to catch yourself and sit up straight. Exercises: 1: HAMSTRING STRETCHES (static and dynamic) 2: GLUTE STRETCHES (static and dynamic) 3: DEEP HIP STRETCHES (static and dynamic) 4: ABDOMINAL STRETCHES 5: CAT/COW 6: Mckenzies (static and dynamic slides) 7: Sacral/lumbar extension slides. HINT... I like to start the movements with a cat/cow manoeuvre to get a good barometer of where my range is at....I then finish with this manoeuvre to re-assess my range and restriction.
