21.01.2022 True Health continues to take the COVID-19 pandemic seriously and, as a result, we have put a few changes in place around the clinic to keep everyone safe. When you arrive for your appointment, please wait in your car. Amie will come and find you in the carpark, check your temperature and then escort you into the clinic (one patient at a time). Social distancing of 1.5m is expected and enforced in all communal clinic spaces and the floors are marked for your safety.... All treatment rooms and the reception area are disinfected after every patient, and hand sanitiser is provided to all patients. Unfortunately, the toilets are currently unavailable. Once again we are also asking that any patients exhibiting flu or cold-like symptoms to cancel their appointments. Together we can get through this.

21.01.2022 Earlier today we were notified by the Australian Chiropractors Association that for the next six weeks we can only see patients if "not receiving care is likely to lead to a significant deterioration in the health or wellbeing of the patient". It is now a legal requirement that in all other instances we no longer see patients face-to-face. In other words, we can only see you if you are in a state that would require hospitalisation. But, if you are in that much pain, please im...mediately call 000 and attend a hospital. Further, if a patient "does not meet the definition of need, you should not provide care but ask them to return home." For these reasons, and others, True Health will once again be closing its doors, for at least the next six weeks. This is devastating news to all of True Health's practitioners. In the coming days, Dr Katelyn and Amie will be contacting everybody who has an appointment booked for the next six weeks. If restrictions are lifted as planned our first day back will be 15 September. In order to expedite the process, we ask that you not call the clinic to reschedule - we will call you. Please stay safe and we hope to see you all again shortly.

12.01.2022 Hi True Health family, Hopefully by now you've heard the exciting news that the Victorian Government has lifted restrictions on Allied Health practitioners, which means we can now welcome you all back to the clinic for Chiro and acupuncture. (To find out when our practitioners are available, please visit www.truehealth.net.au) Unfortunately, we are still unable to resume massage services at this point so Adam and Anna are not yet available for appointments. We are hoping for... another update and further relaxation of restrictions on 1 November as we are absolutely busting to be able to get you back into the clinic for the treatment you rely on! We know that many of you are frustrated by the slow pace at which restrictions are being eased; we are too! Rest assured though that the minute we can take massage bookings we will let you know. 10.01.2022 Awwww... the True Health family has gotten a little bit bigger! Congratulations to our very own Siobhan and her husband, Chris, who have welcomed little Harrison Leo into the world. Harrison Leo was born on 27 May and weighed 4.012kg, and we're sure that he will grow up to be an absolute heartbreaker!

09.01.2022 From 8 July, True Health will be extending it's hours! Drs Katelyn and Ben, Anna and Adam will all be available for appointments between 2:00pm-6:30pm on Wednesdays for #chiro, #acupuncture and #massage. Please note that we are remaining as vigilant as ever and require all clients to wait in their cars so we can check your temperature before entering the clinic.... 08.01.2022 Everybody loves doing laundry, right? Dr Katelyn & Amie must love washing towels so much because they even take it home with them on weekends! Joking aside, True Health takes cleanliness and your safety seriously, particularly in this post-lockdown period. Every bed is stripped and sanitised, and linen is replaced and laundered, after every appointment. ... The piles of clean towels you see below represent just the final hour of washing on Saturday night!

03.01.2022 Tomorrow is ANZAC Day, which means as a nation we will come together to celebrate those who served our country in its time of need. 03.01.2022 It's 'business as unusual' at True Health! While yesterday's announcement regarding a return to Stage 3 restrictions in Melbourne is unfortunately necessary, the team at True Health will be persevering, remaining open and available to our amazing clients in this time of need. At this stage, we have no plans to change our hours of operation, but we will be continuing to enforce social distancing in and around the clinic.
