13.01.2022 I trust everyone had a beautiful Christmas & you are taking time to enjoy the final days of 2020.... I’ve been practicing really being present over the past few days & it certainly is a practice! We can be so quick to got into auto polite, run old patterns, continue unresourceful behaviors, and just keep ourselves completely busy not realizing that in those moment we are not being present with ourselves or others. It really is a consistent practice of awareness, well it i...s for me anyway Out on a walk yesterday I took the time to really look around at where I was and noticed so many different colours. It really helped me focus and totally be in the now!
