19.01.2022 Congratulations to the team at Arafura Resources, who have achieved a key milestone today with the granting of Mineral Leases by the Northern Territory Government for its rare earths project in Central Australia Arafura’s Managing Director Gavin Lockyer says this will provide investors with a major confidence boost that the project is ready to proceed, subject to finance. The Nolans Project is one of the largest Neodymium and Praseodymium (NdPr) deposits in the world. NdPr is in high demand for environmentally friendly, high tech applications such as magnets for electric vehicles, smart phones, wind turbines, robotics and medical equipment.

11.01.2022 On Friday, City of Palmerston announced it will be redeveloping Gray Community Hall into a contemporary multi-use facility where people can meet, play and socialise. The $1.455 million redevelopment is part of the Australian’s Government’s Community Development Grants program and will result in a community hub where people can gather for events such as birthday parties, school functions and performances. It is Council’s most frequently hired facility and a much-loved home to a number of community groups.
