23.01.2022 I've had the pleasure of being involved in a number of design thinking / systems thinking projects over the years. Wicked problems (complex problems with no obvious solution) can be addressed by a process of ongoing analysis, prototyping and testing. We're facing some really wicked problems at the moment, but we don't need to be overwhelmed. Time to get in there and start pushing ideas around.... Think of it as making toast. (And don't ever diss the sticky notes and butcher's paper again, because I can guarantee you're going to hanging out for a bit of that action in the coming months!)
