Our staff at TSPS will be wearing an orange ribbon over the next 16 days in support of 16 Days of activism. The children will also continue to learn about respectful relationships over the next few weeks. We will post some of the wonderful learning to keep you updated. 02.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING PARKVISTA DRIVE PARKING AND DROP OFF ZONE Dear Parents/Carers/Kin We have had some very serious concerns about road safety around the school especially during morning and afternoon drop-offs and pick-ups for quite some time now. We have been working closely with the Wyndham Council. This morning Wyndham Council has completed the installation of road signs for all parking bays on the school side of Parkvista Drive. Please note carefully: From 8....30-9.30 am and 2.30-3.30pm Monday to Friday all parking bays are 2-minute drop off zones only on the school side of Parkvista Drive. You will not be able to park long term in any of these bays during this time. If there is a need to park for longer than this, please park elsewhere, where it is appropriate to do so. Always read the parking signs to avoid fines. The Council will be out patrolling this practice. Please read the signs carefully. It is anticipated that this will make for a smoother flow of traffic. A reminder that Double Parking is illegal and as an offence fines will be issued. At all times around all school zones there is a 40kmh speed limit. Also note: All students are to cross at the supervised crossings. They not be to encouraged by carers to race across and in between cars. This is very unsafe. As the adult, please model this safe practice for your child. Thank you for your support and understanding. Let’s make sure this is a safe space for our students and wider community. Yours in Education Linda Danese (Principal)

01.01.2022 Dear Parents/Carers, As our Prep students have settled in so well at school, from next Monday the 8th February, they can begin each day at the same time as all other students. This means you have between 8.30am and 8.50am for your child to be dropped off at school with the expectation that all Prep children will be in their classroom and ready to learn by 8.50am. Until further notice, please continue to drop your child off at the sandpit area where they will be greeted by the...ir teachers and escorted to their Community. Kind Regards, Cass Beckman
