22.01.2022 Seamless flooring: Grind floor to remove old paint and give porous to floor. Vacuum and patch edges and imperfections with epoxy filler. Apply 1st coat 2pack epoxy primer thinned a bit more to sucked in thirsty concrete. Apply 2nd coat with 2pack epoxy primer with right measuring. Apply 3rd coat with 2pack epoxy top coat and throw acrylic flakes. Vacuum or scrape of flake then vacuum it depends how smooth you like(in this case been scraped off). Final, apply two coat of 2pack... polyurethane clear. All up 5 coat system. Its hard procedures but can have a floor that can last for many many years. More than tiling if itll done properly. 16.01.2022 Almost 2 years ago a customer call me to see her ceilings.all house ceilings was moulded. I told her what I will do and she reply that 2 different painters past and tell the same thing but mould is coming back less then 3 months. She ask me to do only the living room. 06.01.2022 ROOF RESTORATION: cover the pool prior washing. Spray roof with chlorine and sugar soap and wash it with 3.500psi water blaster. Replace rusty screws with new. Remove old sikaflex and put new.Match the colour of cables to existing one. TRULY YOURS:
