19.01.2022 Senior Students Shine Our high school students are a talented bunch, creating beautiful pieces ranging from printmaking to ceramics. The strength of the Blayney High School art program is showcased by each student as they develop their personal style for expression. A variety of media is represented including photography, charcoal, acrylic paint, watercolour and ink.

11.01.2022 Bright Bursts of Colour Our favourite event, the Heritage Country Schools' Art Show, is online this year! All seven schools have showcased their best art for you to enjoy. Our budding artists in Early Stage 1 (Kindergarten) have been busy painting, drawing, weaving and colouring marvellous masterpieces to share with you. Enjoy!

10.01.2022 Australian Art Express Artworks inspired by famous artists feature heavily in our Stage 3 student pieces (Years 5 and 6.) Can you see a bird using the Pete Cromer style of colour blocking? What about the abstract art from Sandra Silberzweig? Or a pop art design of all our Australian Twistie packets?

08.01.2022 Flora, Fauna and Frankenstein! Stage 1 students (Years 1 and 2) present their lovely landscapes, mischievous magpie, cute kitten and a frightening Frankenstein! Colour, line and pattern make an impact and express the joy our students experience when creating art with varied techniques.
