25.01.2022 TRUSOX MAIN MAN SINKS ENGLAND TruSox lead man Luis Suarez dealt a cruel blow to England's qualification hopes as his brace secured a 2-1 victory for Uruguay. Su...arez, who had keyhole surgery on his meniscus only a matter of weeks ago, returned to competitive action to score one in each half, either side of Wayne Rooney's equaliser. The Liverpool hit man picked up where he left off, after a magnificent season that almost led the Reds to the title, as he put Uruguay one-nil ahead, nodding past Hart as he evaded his marker. Rooney equalised for England, before Suarez capitalised on a mix up in the Three Lions back line before firing an unstoppable effort into the net, handing England their second straight successive loss. It was an electric return to action for Suarez, and we at TruSox are looking forward to seeing him hopefully fire Uruguay to the last 16.

21.01.2022 ANOTHER FOUR TRUSOX GOALS AS CHILE AND HOLLAND PROGRESS There were yet more TruSox goals as Holland and Chile made their progress to the next round of the World... Cup secure with wins over Australia and reigning champions Spain, respectively. In the day's early kick-off, it was the deadly TruSox duo of Arjen Robben and Robin van Persie who struck for the 'Oranje' as they ran out 3-2 victors over Australia. It was Robben who put the Dutch national side ahead, with another magnificent individual effort, before Cahill equalised for the Socceroos with potentially the goal of the tournament, rivalling van Persie's. But it was the Socceroos who extended their lead, captain and TruSox-wearing Mile Jedinak converting a penalty after a handball in the area. Manchester United striker van Persie got Holland back into the game with a blistering volley, before substitute Memphis Depay put them into the hat for the next round. In what has to be the shock of the tournament, Chile produced the performance of the round so far as they made sure Euro and World champions Spain made it no further in the competition, with a 2-0 victory at the Maracana. TruSox wearing Eduardo Vargas put the South Americans ahead, rounding Casillas before slotting home. The Chileans, featuring at least 50% of players in TruSox, made sure of Spain's exit through Aranguiz's toe-poked finish, ensuring their second round place.

17.01.2022 TRUSOX STEAL THE SHOW DURING ENTERTAINING GOALLESS DRAW There were around half of the players of the pitch in TruSox tonight, as the hosts Brazil were held to a...n entertaining, and end to end 0-0 draw by Mexico. With Thiago Silva featuring in his first game in TruSox, alongside team mates David Luiz and Marcelo, joined by Man of the Match goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa, Hector Moreno and Oribe Peralta to name only a few for Mexico, it was one of the biggest shows of TruSox at the biggest stage in world football. It is a mystery how this game ended goalless, with both sides having good chances to score, the best falling to Thiago Silva, whose goal bound header was somehow kept out by the unbeatable Guillermo Ochoa, who kept up his clean sheet record at this World Cup. It was a fantastic showing for TruSox and great to see so many of the world's top players starting to wear the product in each game.
