This is what it called Facebook Ads fatigue The best way to check if your Facebook ads has fatigued is to check your "Frequency" in your Facebook ads manager. "Frequency" means how often you...r target audience see your ads each day. if your ads frequency is above 2, then you will be very likely to experience Facebook Ads fatigue and you are not going to get any new lead from Facebook ads. 19.01.2022 I am sure you may heard about this idea called "Think Outside Of A Box". I have recently had an epiphany about how real estate agent can apply this idea into y...our sales and marketing strategy. I remembered that there was one time when i was trying to figure out how to help real estate agent figure out how to generate qualified leads for their business. At that time, I have tried to use the same sales and marketing strategy most of agent use to generate leads because I believe if a real estate marketing tactic has been proven to work, then I just need to model to help the agent get the same result. However, the result we got is nothing better than the results most of agents get. At that time, I was frustrated and tried to research every sales and marketing tactic has been proven to work in real estate industry. I did not have any success until one day I went to a property investment seminar and met a property investor who is living in the same area where it is one of my real estate clients' farm area. At that time, he told me that he wanted to sell his property and buy investment property and he was looking for a real estate agent. I told him I actually have a client who is the number 1 agent in the same area and referred the agent to him. After I finished that conversation with the property investor, I had a light bulb in my head, how does the property investment training company got this person to become their paid clients. Later on, I found out the property investment training company is not doing door knocking, cold calling or letter box dropping to get this person to become their client. What they were doing is to run a target audience Facebook ads to get this person into a marketing funnel and then use an education based sales presentation to convert this person into paid clients. That is the time I realised the reason why I could not help the agent get better result from the marketing they have been doing is that I was trying to search for the answer inside the box. I would never find a better answer for the problem if i did not think outside of the box. Facebook Ads can definitely help you attract more buyers for your listed properties. However, I have seen most of agents are using the Facebook ads to advertise the property in the wrong way. They take the property listing and run Facebook ads, when property buyers click their ads, they see the listing. When I was reading this book, I realised how manipulative todays Advertising and Public Relation are. Most of big advertising agencies and PR agencies have been hired by giant corporations and even government to write fake stories to change their target customers or general publics beliefs... That is the reason why there are so many toxic products have been sold to customers like pharmaceutical drugs, cocaine and Tobacco etc While I was reading this book, I have also realised how critical it is for business owners to start publishing content on the platforms where their target audience is. As if you have a great product or service, then you can borrow the strategy giant corporations use to change their customers beliefs to help you build a list of potential clients who believe your products and services. Advertising and Marketing are fundamentally designed to hypothesize your customers and believe your products or services Sales is fundamentally designed to handle all of objections they have about your products or services and get them to take the action you want them to take If you dont know how to hypothesise your customers, then you have to sell very hard like cold calling, door knocking and sending massive spam email & SMS If you do know how to hypothesise your customer, then you are going to sell to the people who already believe your products or services. You dont have to use high pressure sales tactics like Jordan Belford was using in the movie Wold of Wall Street to close the sale!
