24.01.2022 Toni is down again with vertigo so I've made an executive decision and switched the phones to Christmas early. If you do need us over the break we will be monitoring the [email protected] email. Merry Christmas everyone :) ... Kathryn.

23.01.2022 Toni is having a well-deserved break for the next two weeks which means the front desk is unattended. If you need to come in please ring the bell and give us a moment to get down there. If you phone you will go through to the virtual assistants. They will take a message and Allison and I will call back as soon as we can. We know they aren't Toni and it's frustrating but please understand their job is just to take a message. Toni is what keeps us running smoothly and efficient...ly so please be patient with us until she gets back. Admin is not my strong suit Kathryn.

20.01.2022 Well, Victoria here we go again! We've made the decision that tomorrow we will be closed while we get everything in place again to work from home. From Monday until at least Friday next week we will revert to working from home. This means no face-to-face appointments but we can do video appointments. If you need to drop off documents it will be back to the dropbox at Kilmore.... Chin up, we can do this, we know how :)

17.01.2022 Great news for Regional Vic as we move to lesser restrictions, however, the work from home rule is still in place. Based on that we will be keeping the office closed until after the Queens Birthday weekend at this stage. Not ideal - I personally hate working from home but we need to keep everyone safe. Video and phone appointments will still be available.... Keep safe, stay home. Kathryn.

15.01.2022 Due to road works and lack of street access, we will be working from home from the 22 March to the 26 March (next week). Hopefully, Watson Street will be done by Friday 26/3 - we are giving them 2 extra days from what they've advised but they move like molasses! Just like in COVID we'll be available by phone and video and you'll be able to drop stuff off at the Kilmore dropbox.... I'll actually be at a conference - virtually from home but everyone else will be on deck. Kathryn.

13.01.2022 What a storm we had here last night! The upshot is that Toni and I have no power - joys of working from home. Ausnet has said maybe by 1pm but possibly not until tomorrow. So, on that note, today is now a Snow Day - no work ... The VAs will answer any calls and Toni or Allison will get back to you as soon as possible. I’m actually on a staycation and I won’t be back in the office until the 21/6. Stay warm. Kathryn.

04.01.2022 Well here we go again.... Our office will be closed for Monday through Wednesday next week in line with the stage 4 lockdown. We will be working from home as much as possible but expect if you ring to get the virtual assistant more than usual as Toni’s home internet can be a bit flakey.... Hopefully, we can be all be back in the office on Thursday. Stay safe and enjoy wearing work from home pants again
