You will be getting hammered with "fitness experts" now, and it's potentially going to be hard to recognise good form bad. Truth to be told exercise is last piece of health puzzle. If you want to keep your immune system strong, you need to work on your stress management, increase your REM & SWS sleep, be smart about your fasting, and focus on smart structured movement. 12.01.2022 We are all so different yet we try to follow the same diets and training programs. We wonder why it does not work. It does drain my stoke when I see stokers doing same HIIT classes or following same diets ...becoming a vegan after watching 2 hour Netflix film I am a huge believer smart training / wellness program is designed around whats going on inside. Designing the program for inside out vs traditional programs that focus on outside in We all have different emotion...al stresses, we all deal with stress differently. Our quality of sleep is different and we all react to different foods differently. I honesty do not care how many calories you burn, how much you squat or how cooked you are after the workout. Tell me if your HRV is going up and your Resting Heart Rate is going down. Your REM and SWS sleep is increasing. Tell me if your Hormones are doing what they are meant to be dong (especially T-Levels ) Whats your bone health like, Iron, Vitamin B12 and D3, Cholesterol, Liver and Kidney doing. Are you stoked on Metabolic Flexibility and inflammation. After that I will know if you should be doing heavy weights or HIIT. Eating Paleo or Keto and so on. Stop just getting tired and doing dumb training that you saw on da gram. Train to optimise your health and performance. Eat to your body and blood. Live to 130 !!!
