18.01.2022 Tryfit is functional training warehouse that runs small group fitness classes. We currently offer Metapwr on Tuesday and Thursday morning from 6-6.30am. Metapwr is a 30 minute circuit workout combining body weight and weighted compound exercises with little rest to maximise calorie burn and increase the metabolic rate during and after exercise.
