21.01.2022 As essential workers, the Australian community is relying on us to keep up our good work! So that we can continue to provide Aussies with the support they need, whilst also keeping safe and healthy we have introduced a number of social distancing measures within our offices: Response Plan: To protect our teams health and safety we have created an internal COVID-19 Response Team. The team have developed a clear, prompt approach to managing COVID-19 related issues in the work...place. Floor Restrictions: To limit unnecessary interactions, Team Members in our multi-level sites will no longer travel between floors. Increased cleaning: To maintain our office hygiene each of our sites are continuously being thoroughly cleaned throughout the day Zoono: Zoono is a cleaning product which protects surfaces from germs for up to 30 days! TSA are conducting Zoono treatments every 3 weeks to keep our offices spick and span and free of germs. Sanitisation Stations: Our team have access to hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes throughout our offices, including kitchens, bathrooms, lifts etc. Communication: Keeping our communication channels open with our team is paramount. We provide regular updates to our team via email and text messages to ensure everyone is kept in the loop. Social Distancing in shared areas: We encourage all team members to maintain 1.5 metres distance from each other. 14 day isolation periods: We have implemented a mandatory 14 day isolation period for anyone who has been in contact with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19.

13.01.2022 The devastating bushfires wreaking havoc in communities across our country, particularly in Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia, are shocking in their scale and intensity. So far, this catastrophic fire season has claimed at least 23 lives, destroyed over 1,500 homes across 6 million hectares of land, and some half a billion animals are estimated to have perished. The tragedy continues, with over 300 bushfires still burning across Australia. One thing that unites Au...stralians in moments of national tragedy like this is our unwavering respect for the volunteer emergency services personnel who are at the frontlines dealing with these fires and their aftermath. As a demonstration of TSA Groups sincere gratitude to all team members who are also members of these volunteer emergency services agencies, I am pleased to announce that TSA Group has today launched a new Emergency Services Volunteer Leave Policy. Volunteer emergency services personnel who are involved in responding to natural disasters may be eligible for up to 20 days paid Emergency Services Volunteer Leave per year, so that these team members are able to focus on responding to the needs of their local communities during times of crisis. We also want to acknowledge the significant impact that these bushfires can have on our mental health and wellbeing. Whether were directly impacted by this disaster, or whether we know people who have been impacted, or are distressed by the images and information being released about these bushfires, it is understandable that many of us are feeling overwhelmed and helpless. All TSA Group team members and their families are encouraged to access our 24/7 Benestar employee support service as needed. 08.01.2022 Following on from our hugely successful 'Shave the Brave' fundraiser, we once again asked our TSA family to dig deep to support of our friend and colleague Jarrod Browne. Jarrod leads our TB team in Queensland and was recently diagnosed with cancer. Unable to work while he is undergoing his treatment, we've been raising funds for him and his young family so they can focus on Jarrod's treatment and recovery in this difficult time. With Jarrod being a huge English Premier Leagu...e fan, we ran a foosball tournament over three weeks in our Perth and Brisbane offices. Once the tournament ended, we ran an auction to sell the foosball table to someone in the office and raise additional funds. Our Perth office loved the foosball table so much, that in true #OneTSA style, a generous group of #FoosballFanatics decided to pool their money to buy the table. With the winning bid, they've decided to keep the foosball table in our rec area for everyone to enjoy for many lunch breaks to come! #TSAAlltheWay

04.01.2022 From Zahra Peggs, Group Executive, People and Corporate Affairs: To mark the occasion of International Womens Day 2020 #IWD2020 #EachforEqual, Im pleased to announce two initiatives that TSA Group is rolling out across all of our sites, focussed on improving the accessibility of our workplace for women in practical ways. The scourge of domestic and family violence that affects our communities is one which shames us all, and it has major health and welfare impacts that are o...ften lifelong for both victims and perpetrators. In Australia, more than 1 woman is killed each week by her partner or former partner. So far in 2020, 9 women have been killed in this way, and on an average day, police deal with over 613 domestic violence matters across the country. In the Philippines, 1 in 4 married women have been assaulted by their partner or husband. These statistics are confronting, and they are a call to action for business, government, community groups and individuals to work together to address. TSA Group is committed to providing a genuinely safe and supportive workplace for all of our team members, especially those experiencing family and domestic violence. Im proud to announce that, from today, all TSA Group team members will be able to access 10 days of paid family and domestic violence leave per year. While we sincerely hope that none of our team members will ever have to access this leave, we are ready to support them if they do. Were also committed to enabling our team members with caring responsibilities to seamlessly transition back into work after a period of parental leave, and were always looking for practical ways to make this transition easier. So, Im also pleased to announce that from today, all of our sites have a designated Parents Room, providing team members with a comfortable, clean and safe space to express. 03.01.2022 As we all know, the devastating bushfires across our country have caused terrible hardship, loss and destruction. The images and stories that we have seen and heard have been extremely confronting, and we know that the reconstruction and rehabilitation process will be lengthy and complex. But, out of great tragedy arises great unity, strength and resilience, and your contribution to our Bushfire Relief fundraiser stands as testament to that. Over the last two weeks, we have r...aised a whopping $18,000 (and counting) in support of impacted communities, volunteer organisations and wildlife. Were so proud of the generosity of spirit within our whole business, with our TSA Philippines team also digging deep to help us raise funds for these worthy causes. And, because meeting and beating targets is part of #TheTSAWay, were putting out a challenge to you: over the next two weeks, we want to get our total raised to $25,000, which TSA will match taking our total contribution to a massive $50,000!
