24.01.2022 This is from one of our students who graded tonight. Cindy Tottman your words say it all. Inspirational. Karate. In my 3 and a bit short years I have learned... It begins and ends with respect. It's not something you "do", it's something you "practice". It engages your body and your mind, but most importantly, it requires your spirit. ... It has made me stronger and more determined. It has helped grow my self confidence and self discipline, helping me outside the dojo. Today I passed my 1st kyu, my third and final brown belt and I am proud of where my practice has taken me so far. But MUCH more practice is required before I can pass my toughest grading yet! Thank you to the people who have helped me along the way, much gratitude See more
