11.01.2022 Hi everyone. Community sport can resume tomorrow, however, everyone entering the dojo MUST check in by scanning a QR code with your phone. This is a mandatory requirement from SA gov and we will have a printed copy of the QR code at the door. At least we can get the final two weeks in before we break for the holidays. Reminder that grading in Tuesday Dec 8th and this weeks sessions will focus on grading requirements for all. Hopefully see everyone again soon. Oss.... Adam n Trace. See more

02.01.2022 On this day 8 years ago, Senseis Adam and Tracy competed for Australia at the ISKF World Championships in Cebu, Philippines with Tracy placing 2nd and Adam 3rd. 4 years later in South Africa 2016, Adam will place 2nd and Tracy will become World Champion. No matter where you Karate journey takes you, you will always continue to grow.
