Our first priority is for you - our students and parents and your loved ones, that you remain safe and well. Please do try to train at home, and keep in touch via messenger with Andy Sensei - he would love to see video or photos of your at home training sessions! Keeping active is important for your physical and men...tal wellbeing. 24.01.2022 We are proud to be announcing our brand new 6 week "Intro to Martial Arts program" Built specifically for children aged 5-12 yrs. A grounding in the Martial Arts can have many benefits for a child and the younger the start, the more beneficial they are. Throughout the 6 week course your child will be introduced to characters we call the Dojo Gang - led by Sensei Roo. Each character has the sort of strengths and flaws with which your child may associate or see in themselves.... We teach the children about respecting others, the importance of perseverance and through the practice of karate-do help them develop their character. 03.01.2022 Oss Students and Parents of Five Dock dojo.. NSW Gov and Australian Sports Institute are in discussions relating to when gyms and sports clubs can reopen. There is potential we could be back in our dojo in the very near future. When that time comes we will need to operate within safety guidelines prescribed by NSW Government. Ahead of that as Dojo Head and with our fellow instructors we are undertaking the necessary tutorials and certifications available to ensure our club c...an operate safely.
