22.01.2022 Has there been days, weeks or even months that you have felt amazing about your progress ?then you step on the scale and all of a sudden feel like crap after seeing the digits? It’s time to change that. It’s time to free yourself from relying on digits for happiness and as a measure or success. I cannot recall the last time I stepped on the scale. I avoid them simply because it does not mean much to me. I know the benefits I've gained and the struggles I’v...e lost because I feel it and that cannot be measured by any scale. Your weight will fluctuate daily . There are many factors to consider. It can go up if you’ve drank water. It can increase if you haven’t gone to bathroom ( yes no. 2’s weigh a bit ) It can increase or stay the same as you gain muscle however you may love what you’re starting to see in the mirror and the scale says otherwise. This is why I much prefer and encourage all my clients to take progress pictures to measure aesthetic goals. Its crucial for short and long term success and happiness to take note of all the NSV (non scale victories) along the way. This is a question I ask my clients frequently and now I’m asking you: What’s a non scale victory for you to celebrate? I would love to know post in the comments below

21.01.2022 "DONT LET FEAR STAND IN THE WAY OF WHAT YOUR HEART WANTS!" We all have fear from time to time. Fear that we will fail.... Fear that we aren't good enough. Fear that we will be judged. But allowing that fear to drive your life means you will stop yourself from achieving what your heart truly desires. Sometimes all it takes is one small step right into the Fear to see it wasn't scary at all! Sometimes all you need is for some one to have a little faith in you, to show you you are brave enough to face those fears and to let the fears go! If, when you think of joining a gym, or a new nutrition program, or a new fitness class, you feel any Fear, it is important to know that everyone you meet when you're there is going to help you fight that Fear. The PT you hire, the coach you work with, the Nutrition advice you follow. It all comes from someone who wants to help you, and wants to be a part of your success! If you have fear, why not ask for some help from one of our coaches and get start on your journey today. 16.01.2022 Let's talk lockdown achievements. Did you use the time to learn a new skill or work on some projects? Were you happy for the downtime or are you itching to get back into real life, and most importantly, back into the gym?

14.01.2022 Question of the day. "If you could outsource 1 task or responsibility, without the worry of cost, what would it be?" Post below, I'd love to know!

12.01.2022 The holiday period is a time most people don't even know what time it is, let alone what day it is. Here are some tips to keep you on track. 1. EAT. Our brains need carbs to function properly! 2. DRINK. Our bodies are made up of 70% water, so drunk your damn water! 3. SHOWER. Ever noticed how much better you feel after a nice warm shower? ... 4. MOVE. Exercise increases endorphins, endorphins make you happy. Happy people just don't kill their husbands! (Little legally blonde reference there ) 5. BREATHE. Well, we all know how vital oxygen is to our life, but it can also help us to relax, to think clearly, and to feel better. See more

11.01.2022 Changing out bad habits for good ones is easier when you can just cut the bad habit our completely. But when your bad habits are something you need to do every day, like eating, it seems a lot harder, and a lot more overwhelming. To make the changes easier for you, here are a few simple tips.... 1. Don't try and change everything at once. Choose 1 thing to focus on at a time. 2. Don't punish yourself for eating ANYTHING. Food is something to be enjoyed, but beindful of how each food you eat, and the amount you eat it in, relates to your goals. 3. Piggy back your new habits off something that you already do. When you wash your hands, have a glass of water. Eat a serve of plants (fruit or vegetables) with every meal, and eat it first. After you brush your teeth, go for a 10 minute stroll outside. The possibilities are endless, and can be chosen to suit your goals and lifestyle. 4. If you find it overwhelming and all a bit too much, find an accountability buddy/friend or hire a coach to help educate you and keep you supported during your journey. If you need some guidance to help change your habits, message ua today and ask how you can save over $260 when you sign up before December 31st

08.01.2022 The human body is made up of 2/3 water so it's only natural we need to drink a fair amount of water to stay hydrated. But how much do we need? Studies in the U.S and Aus suggest we need an average 2.5L for women and 3.5L for men per day. And on a high sweat day, adding another 0.5-1L a day is important to ensure you stay hydrated. ... Dehydration can cause a multitude of issues including headaches, dizziness, gut issues, and so much more. Being hydrated assists with toxin removal from the body, nutrient activity inside the body, and a whole waterfall () of other healthy benefits. Keep hydrated, be healthy, and stay away from mothers drama llama

06.01.2022 Often times, people think the best part of being a coach must be being in the gym training all day. And, I'm not going to lie, that is pretty damn awesome. But, do you know what I REALLY love? The messages that drop into my inbox or DM's telling me our fitness and nutrition coaching made them feel fitter, healthier, and more energetic, and enabled them to keep up with the kids at work.... Everytime I get one of those messages, I jump up and dance around my office! Making an impact is just as important to me as making a profit (if not more). If you want more energy in your life, message us to register for a 7 day trial. Why not see for yourself why our clients keep coming back, again and again.
