08.01.2022 TIPS for customers (Who have been let down in the past) 1. Do your research - if you are trusting someone with your car, how much experience do they have with your type of vehicle and the type of work they are doing.... 2. Ask Questions - how long will it take to complete the job, how much parts does it require, what is involved in the work. 3. Find out when your car will be started. 4. When you speak to the repairer make sure to include ALL of the work you would like completed, be prepared to pay more if you don't. 5. Take into account that sometimes things go wrong, parts take longer than we thought to be delivered, breaks in wiring we weren't aware of, fuses that don't work - the list goes on, the good repairers are trying to get your job completed on time.
