If you can't make it to class, eat extra chips or have a few too many carbs, it isn't the end of the world, as long as it doesn't happen regularly. Sometimes, life happens. As long as you get back on the road to your fitness destination quickly, you will still improve and tone up.... So, be kind to yourself, don't criticise your efforts and get angry. Keep the big picture in mind, and always ALWAYS celebrate your accomplishments

"we" as a team .... are going to run a virtual marathon in October, and we're looking for as many people as possible to join us and raise money for the Heart Foundation. We’ve signed up for MyMarathon because we want to show our support for the thousands of Australians living with heart disease. The donations we receive will help fund lifesaving heart disease research that make...s a real difference to people’s lives. We’re competing as a team because there’s strength in numbers the more team members we have, the bigger impact we can make. But we can’t do it alone. You can support us by joining our team and completing a marathon with us, or by making a donation, right here and now. Together, we can win the race against heart disease. To join our team and help us reach our fundraising goal of $2000!

But the best way to measure your progress is a mirror and measurements. As you get fitter, you will lose fat, BUT you will also gain muscle and CHANGE SHAPE.
