20.01.2022 W H Y ? Why do you do what you do? One of my whys is this little guy right here ... This is Reuben Reuben who is feisty, courageous, says it like it is straight up! Sensitive, funny, curious, present, challenges us and speaks up when we need to be checked and called out #everyday He is our teacher A young boy who right from birth has had many, many challenges in this interesting As parents to children of these younger generations we are often criticized that we are too soft and let our kids get away with everything...... When actually, we no longer feel the need, or we are unlearning generations of control To be seen and not heard. Strange societal old school ways and paradigms that need to change Allowing our children to speak without silencing them Giving them more freedom to make their own decisions, while also creating boundaries. Not always an easy task, but can be done for sure We have the deepest conversations and he often speaks of standing up for others in school and how adults don't really listen to them Our children are the future and they are fucking incredible We need to listen to them fully, with % presence and give them our undivided attention It's not easy and we fu$k up most days, but we can have open honest conversations and share our insights and learnings together to be kinder, more caring and compassionate. Response vs reaction We both see a really big picture of how we would love to create a new Earth It's our responsibility as adults to shift our traumas, become conscious and have awareness of the areas we need to change. And yea its really, really, really uncomfortable, but soooo necessary. We are breaking lifetimes of ancestral patterns, and societal conditioning. It's a lifelong, constant work This is my big WHY. To bring/reconnect all people back to their true essence within themselves When we start to do this, is when we begin to shift. But we have to do the work..... What is your why? What is one small thing you do each day to create change in your world? See more

01.01.2022 Do you feel like you're getting nowhere sometimes? Feel impatient and sometimes compare yourself to where other people are and wonder why you're not in the same position too? I have felt this way too More than once or twice ... Something interesting happened today Wandering around the gardens, saying hi to our plants. Catching up and seeing where they're at (yes, I talk to them ) Just like us, plants have seasons of growing and seasons of hibernation I still get confused and think some of them have died, but they just chilling.. In their dormancy phase... You could say, also just like us. But unlike them we have evolved (not always for the better) where we go to work and sometimes do things that don't really serve us Not giving ourselves the opportunity to hibernate, reflect and go with our own seasons We can adapt and do this in our own ways to make time in our schedules, it's just a little different Anyhoo. As I noticed some of my lil guys coming to life. A passionfruit flower caught my eye!!! We've had this vine for about 4 years now and it's never flowered, meaning it hasn't produced fruit either... What do you know, it seriously has at least 20 lil baby passionfruits. It was like a mini treasure hunt, finding flowers and babies everywhere. My heart was full of joy and I get really excited about this stuff!!! What I'm saying is.... If you're doing the work in your own time. It can feel like nothing's changing and nothing's happening Persevere, keeping loving on yourself, doing the work and all the things you need to come back to you In time, you will be like this beautiful Passion flower and her bountiful fruits You know, you are always this beautiful passion flower, sometimes, it just a little hard to see it You've got this beauty If you feel like you need a little boost on your way send me a DM for a 1:1 session See more
