09.01.2022 To encourage our people, ISWA will be organising Photography competition on 8th March at Langley Park. There is a proverb th...at a good picture worth a 1000 words. There is a plenty of talent in our people, who can capture the finer moments in our life. Like many skills, the hobby of photography goes a long way. The terms & conditions of this competition are as below: 1. Participants can use only digital cameras / mobile phones. 2. Only photos taken on 8th March 2020 (i.e during HOLI 2020) are eligible for the competition and photos should be related to the event. 3. Participants are encouraged to take as many photographs as they can. 4. Photos can be posted on the HOLI Facebook event page (https://facebook.com/events/s/holi-2020-festival-of-colours/637666003370590/?ti=cl) or can be submitted through SD, Micro SD, SDHC, Compact flash cards, CDs or thumb drives, etc and the organisers will copy the images into their laptops and return the chips or drives. 5. Photos with any stampings other than date & time will not be considered for this competition. 6. The photos will be the property of the organisers and they can use the photos in their newsletters, Facebook, websites, etc. 7. The chances to win the competition will be brighter for the photographs of action (moving pictures) during the event (rather than standstill photos). 8. All the entries must be submitted to the organisers at ISWA Stall at Langley Park on or before 4 pm on 8th March 2020. 9. Winners & Runners-Up will be announced on Social media and trophies will be presented at a prize distribution ceremony during the next ISWA event.
