Introducing Marise and Mat from B O X E D S C O N E S who have decided to take the plunge and give a long time vision a go. We had the tough task of sampling many variations this week and gosh it was tough. White choc and cranberry was definitely my fave but they were all amazing. Congratulations guys, we wish you every success and cant wait to be stashing these in our complimentary goodies packs.
20.01.2022 Take 2 with a bit of daylight. So in love with our new firepit. IronBark Metal Design you guys have absolutely nailed it. Some funky chairs and tables to follow from the Master Craftsman but we are so lucky to have such a beautiful piece to bring our guests together and help create some amazing experiences.

18.01.2022 We are so in love with the yet to be named entertainer cabin now its complete and cant wait to host many more pizza and music nights in the months and years to come. BBQ and screens go in this week and then Im under strict instructions!! No more projects! But doesnt mean I cant start taking bookings for group functions and private get togethers. 18.01.2022 UPDATE ON BELOW. Only 1 x 1br and 1 x 2br left for this weekend on 7-9 August. Righto Peeps. After our 1st live local solo musician played over the weekend on the new entertainment deck, we just couldnt wait to do it again. So we have another awesome musician locked in on the Saturday, hubbys gonna fire up the pizza oven and were sorted. We have limited cabins available so if this sounds like your lane then we have 3 x 1 brs and 1 x 2 br available. 1st in can book under the below package option plus $30 per couple. Available date is 6-8 August. Comment YES and send me a Message with your email, booking name and mobile and Ill send back booking confirmation. 18.01.2022 Feeling a little guilty. Hubby went to the trouble of making these for the accommodation but unfortunately its too much timber in the entertainer space so now selling. Solid recycled hardwood. Please pm if youre interested or feel free to share.

What I didnt realise was the impact we had left on them after they had such a great experience staying for a couple of nights. And then this.... OMG. 02.01.2022 How is it possible to feel so many emotions all at one time? Today was a massive milestone as after 5 years of deciding we needed more from life in Sydney and ...Corporate world and I finally decided to hang up the corporate shoes for good. Qantas has been an amazing part of my life for 15 years and has provided some great experiences, friendships but most of all has taught me about the importance of resilience and believing in yourself. Its a bitter sweet moment though as this is what we have been working towards since moving up to the Hunter almost 4 years ago, commuting back and forth to Sydney for 3 of them, and almost selling our souls to achieve this. Whilst Im very sad to be saying goodbye to so many amazing people, I feel lucky enough that its on my terms as opposed to so many who are faced with redundancy or long term stand downs. On the scary side, it means that neither Paul or I get paid anymore and that all of our hard work to build the accommodation and furniture businesses from scratch has to start paying its way. Heres hoping to no more CoVID shutdowns and a brighter future helping create special memories for guests, friends and family as well as many more beautiful prices of furniture. There are so many people that I want to thank for supporting us and believing in us along the way but this post would go on forever. You know who you are and I love you! We will be eternally grateful and are super excited to be able to dedicate all of our time to our dream vision. Heres hoping weve seen enough hurdles in the last 5 years for a lifetime. But whatever comes our way, I wouldnt want to be doing life with anyone but this man by my side. See more
