My daughter has stringy, long hair and they seem to love it not to mention it gets out of control notty from a high day of playing outdoors like the little jungle child she is. 13.01.2022 I'm not sure if it was Covid19 & the realization of so many germs and how they spread in such a highlighted way, iso time for the reflection period on the last 29 years of my life and the realization that in just over a week I turn the BIG 30 It got me thinking where and how do I want to live the next 30 years . . . How can I help my body be the best it can be for being as happy as i can be, enjoying the things I love most like sport and fitness, baby making & raising & how... can I help my family & friends with the same wants and needs & the more I thought about this the more research I did into the things I was putting into not only mine but my families body. 13.01.2022 As a parent I am always worried about how many vegetables my daughter is getting, how much sleep, how much water she is drinking and to a degree what substances I am putting on her skin but NEVER did I think that half of our household items would be so bad for her and our family. After we watched this documentary our family started to make a slow move towards tox free living. Have any of you watched this? Or living a tox free life in some way? If you are wanting to give the Div 2 go a side because you have never played before or want to work on your skills before hitting the Prems no worries we have a Div 2 side also.... If you are interested in Prems then we would also love to hear from you. Pre-season has just started and will run for the next 5 weeks Monday and Friday where we will work on fitness and ball skills. If you have never played or played in 100 games we would love to hear from you. Please PM with any questions you might have. It's a great way to make friends, be social and get fit and healthy
